envelope. following tuesday night's attack in libya where four people were killed. investigators want to know if the attack in libya was coordinated to mark the anniversary of september 11th. the president will be working to find those responsible and justice will be done. the attacks on the american embassies and the attacks on libya could have to do with the presidential elections. mitt romney is being criticized for remarks he made at the egyptian embassy again overseas. >> possibly the administration was wrong to stand by a statement sympathizing with those had breached our -- who had breached our embassy instead of condemning their actions. >> what mitt romney is now saying about the attacks and protests and how president barack obama is responding.

back here in the bay area in overnight news, a man has been taken to the hospital after losing control of his car and slamming it into the backyard of a home in fremont. it happened at 10:00 on robin street. emergency responders say he hit a tree and light pole and had to be cut out of that car. it is something but the city refuses to put up a guardrail. >> you can see what happened here in the new sections and they will not put up any guardrail at all. >> fortunately nobody in the home was injured. the car came to rest besides the homeowner's pool but it did leak debris and oil into the pool. richmond police believe a man was killed in a botched

carjacking. spots were fired in ohio around midnight. the body was found near 17th street. it was that of a man who was driving off and got shot after an attempted carjacking on carlson and ohio. and we have new details about the man who killed chp officer kenyon youngster. he just started a job. he was driving to see a client in sunny veil that morning of the shooting. lacy had moved to a mobile home near chico last year. his new job met the 40 miles per hour commute. now another chp officer shot and killed lacy, the man who killed the chp officer.

beechwood elementary and firefighters got the call just before 4:00 a.m. and they got the call to come out on terminal avenue. this is a non-profit school run by the california family foundation and they provide education and housing for families in the park. the school has about 170 students and the foundation serves people or students and families in the park area and meadow park area. we are trying to get more information about how this fire started. they are actually on the other side of a fence here and it is very hard to get to where they are and of course they are very busy trying to fight this fire. again huge cloud of smoke billowing out of the top of -- out of the back of this elementary school and you can see a latter trying to shoot water down on to the top where
